Shipping and payment terms

We at Leser GmbH want to make it easy for you: We calculate the shipping costs as a flat rate. This covers postage and packaging – with no hidden costs. And the best part? As soon as your shopping cart reaches a certain value, we will cover the shipping costs entirely. Your order will then be shipped free of charge.

For deliveries to Germany, you pay a flat rate of 14.90 € net plus VAT. In other European countries, the costs vary slightly – depending on the destination. You can find the shipping costs for individual countries clearly here:

Note: Due to technical limitations, we are currently unable to correctly display free shipping at a certain order value in the shop. Therefore, the flat rate will always be shown. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us, in which we will account for the free shipping if your order value reaches the corresponding amount.

Fast and Reliable Delivery Times:

We know how important fast delivery is for you. Therefore, items without custom printing will reach you in Germany within 1–3 business days. For other European countries, it takes about 3–6 business days.

If you order items with custom printing, we need a little longer. The processing time begins after your approval for printing and usually takes 10 business days. For a new print or print changes, we plan an additional 10 business days – from the moment we receive your print-ready file and proof.

If there are any delays, we will notify you in a timely manner – via email or phone. If an item is unavailable, we will automatically send it to you as soon as it is back in stock. We will also be happy to provide you with an estimated time of delivery for the restock upon request.

How to Pay With Us:

Our payment process is straightforward. For your first order, we deliver against prepayment. From your second order onwards, you can conveniently pay by invoice. After your order, you will receive all necessary information, such as the total amount and our bank details. For prepayment deliveries, you will receive a payment request along with the order confirmation. For smaller orders under 150.00 € net (178.50 € including VAT), we charge a small order fee of 15.00 € net (17.85 € including VAT).

Important Note: Our shop is exclusively aimed at business customers. All prices are exclusive of the statutory VAT.
